For those of you that miss the old, trusted slide rule, this quick utility is for you. Simple water and steam flows are available in an easy-to-use, at-a-glance table style format. This method is particularity efficient when demand is known but valve size, inlet pressure and/or drop are still variables. These are relevant for estimating maximum steam or water flow capacities under line-sized conditions for the 2800 & 2900 series valve profiles.
